These are the rules the the NC USA Gymnastics Board is proposing for the Prep Optional Program for 2009-2010.  They are not set in stone yet.  We need Prep Coach and judge input.

On Friday, August 7th, at 7:00 until 8:30 there will be a Prep Optional session at the NC USAG State Congress to discuss, and determine the complete set of rules that NC will use.  Please plan on being there.

Information about the NC USAG State Congress will be posted on the website in a couple of days.  A schedule has been created.  Clinicians need to be confirmed, and Darlene Rose needs to finalize arrangements with the host hotel.

The dates are August 7 & 8 in Greenville, NC at Roses Gymnastics. The cost will be very minimal @ $30 per professional member.  The cost will be a bit more for non-members, but the Board hopes that gyms will try to send teaching staff to obtain new ideas to improve your programs.
