Clarifications – NC Gymnasts may qualify to a State Meet from any
USAG
sanctioned meet with a minimum of a 2-judge panel.

Add
under the qualifying scores the Late Meet Entry Fee Procedures in
Competition Guidelines.
Wording
of award procedures to be included in the Competition Guidelines.

Every
meet director is sent a letter with the meet intents that stats
that if they cancel
their
meet after the cancellation date, a cancellation fee is going to
be charged to their club, payable to NC‐USAG.
If the club does not pay, they will not be given qualifying
privileges for the following year.

Foothills of Hickory.

& 9th.

Regional Apparel
A note
needs to be prepared for all girls going to Regionals telling them
what to wear at the Regional Competition.
